My Name in Korean is a web-based service that converts names from various languages into Korean (Hangul) and provides fortune readings based on traditional Korean numerology, including Five Elements (Ohaeng), stroke count analysis, Yin-Yang balance, and Five Grid (Ogyeok) analysis. The Service offers both free and premium (paid) features.

3. Entertainment Purpose

The fortune readings and analyses provided by the Service are for entertainment purposes only. They are based on traditional Korean numerology principles interpreted by artificial intelligence. The results should not be considered as professional advice (medical, financial, legal, or otherwise). You should not make important life decisions based solely on the readings provided.

4. Payments and Refunds

The premium fortune reading is a one-time purchase of $1.00 USD, processed through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• The premium reading is delivered immediately upon payment.
• Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final.
• If you experience technical issues preventing delivery of your paid content, please contact us at support@thegreat.io for assistance.

5. Share Links

The Service allows you to create shareable links to your results. These links are valid for 30 days from the date of creation, after which the content will be automatically deleted. We do not guarantee the availability of shared content during or after this period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code of the Service are the property of The Great and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share your personal results via the share feature provided, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service itself.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Great shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
